  • Job Summary

    The Call Center Specialist will provide high quality customer service to our customers including but not limited to girls, parents, community members, volunteers and staff. The Call Center Specialist is responsible to greet and assist all visitors, assist with all customer related inquires in person, over the phone, online requests and emails.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • First point of contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person.
      • Answers phones in a timely, professional and competent manner.
      • Returns messages, as well as relay messages to staff in a timely manner.
    • Highest level of customer service both external and internal.
    • Utilizes technology to track all cases
    • Know and utilize the solutions management
    • Promote and support Girl Scout program philosophies
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
    • Must be able to complete & clear a MVR, Criminal, and Sex Offender background check

    Skills & Experience

    • Experience in customer service and serving the public
    • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative
    • Salesforce
    • Project coordination
      • Continuously works as a team member and ability to work independently with some supervision 
      • Frequently works under stress and under pressure of deadlines with overlapping projects
    • Knowledge of Girl Scout organization
    • Capable of viewing a computer monitor for long periods
    • Frequent sitting, bending and twisting upper body
