  • Job Summary

    Under the direction of the Donor Services Manager, the Donor Services Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate data entry into the Raiser’s Edge donor database, as well as the prompt acknowledgment of all Fund Development donations. The Donor Services Coordinator also provides departmental support for special events and projects as requested. The Donor Services Coordinator supports and works cooperatively with other organizational functions and throughout the council, including Finance, Marketing & Communications, Membership, and Data Entry to support key priorities of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Perform bulk of Fund Development’s gift and constituent data entry into Raiser’s Edge database.
      • Accurately enter all Fund Development donation and biographical data on a daily/weekly schedule.
      • Scan and save major gift back-up into Raiser’s Edge.
    • Create, edit, and mail all gift acknowledgments for the department; mail annual fund gift incentives during membership renewal periods.
    • Fulfill Raiser’s Edge list and report requests from the team as needed.
    • Provides phone and e-mail support for donor questions and requests.
    • Assists with the preparation and mailing of monthly pledge reminders.
    • Assist with research and perform data entry related to prospecting and constituent relationship tracking.
    • Manage an organized, efficient, and effective filing system.
    • Attend and provide support for special events.
      • Record event attendance and other data in Raiser’s Edge events module.
      • Assist with event follow-up processes.
    • Successfully execute other duties as assigned.

    Skills & Experience


    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fund Development or Membership
    • Raiser’s Edge database experience
    • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to promptly meet deadlines
    • Excellent time management skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
    • Understands basic accounting principals
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Team oriented



    • Bachelor’s Degree
